That stuff confuses me when it comes to treats.... so I'm no help, lol.
But raw hide is really not all that great to give them. It's not fully digestible, and there's loads of dogs, including big dogs, who have trouble with them. Jackson choked on one before, because they get all gooey and wet when chewed.
I'm not sure about pancreatitis or anything, but bully sticks and Himalayan chews are the only things he chews on around here.
