Be aware that hypoallergenic dogs aren't always hypoallergenic. It's true they have hair versus fur, which may be helpful. But many people are allergic the dander (which comes from the skin) and even to dog saliva.
As for a reputable breeder of those mixes, the short answer is there is no such thing. No reputable breeder purposely crosses breeds.
