I was taught that Tylenol is safe for most dogs for 3-4 days, no longer. As it is processed by the liver, I wouldn't give it to any Yorkie that had not been recently BAT tested or liver function is unknown... I wouldn't give aspirin to this dog either due to bleeding issues possible from the fall.
