Yup, we sort of 'punished' Yoda by putting him up on a desk (he doesn't like it usually) and left him there for a bit if he made a mistake in the house. It takes many, many months for him to be house trained... You can also try the bell method (by putting a bell or ringer near the door) and get her to associate the bell with going to the bathroom!
