The expense is the anethesia, and after that its only 5-15 dollars a tooth, depending on your vet. Most people have this done with neutering so the cost it really minimal. Does the vet say it needs to be done right away, are adult teeth crowded? Some people say that they have waited to closer to a year, and played lots of tug of war games and the teeth came out, but I don't know if this is common. I personally wouldn't wait too long, because a double row of teeth can cause problems. Is your doctor doing a blood panel too?
