My sister, Lori, lives in California and didn't know where to begin to look for a Maltese, so she asked me to do some research for her. I only spoke to Sandy when I was trying to do initial screening of people for my sister. She was recommended to me for either a Yorkie or Maltese by a couple of people that I spoke to. I live in New York, so I didn't go with her to get her pup. Lori got her Maltese from Sandy almost six years ago. She was four months when she got her and has been healthy ever since. Lori was very anxious to get a puppy, since her Bichon had just passed away and her other Maltese seemed to be so lonely. I wasn't fully comfortable with the amount of research that I had done since it was so rushed, but Lori has been very happy with her little girl. I wish I could give you more details than I am now. I'm sure my sister would be happy to speak with you if you wanted to. She maintained some contact initially with Sandy, but I don't think it was for long.
