I found a BB knock off... $30-35 all sizes. I think they carry matching leashes too. Having 4, this was a more reasonable alternative. Here's the link:

I, too, think Yorkies will cough when excited. Those with trachea problems can be stimulated to cough by applying a light touch to the throat. Peek a Boo is easily stimulated to cough, but no signs of CT showed on any xrays I requested done on him. I think he's got a more excitable cough than anything.
