I was born and lived my first 8 years in Phoenix/Scottsdale. Loved it. Didn't own a pair of shoes and lived in the pool. Okay, I'm exaggerating a bit.
I want to live where the temps are always in the 70s, a little rain at night for the plant life, and winter and snow last only the length of December. That would be my ideal.
