There is a ring, where the tags were... I'm guessing maybe they broke off? I just can't see someone abandoning a dog with a jacket and a collar? But ya never know.
I saw a post on facebook that someone saw a small white dog running around on the other side of town last night, but they couldn't catch him, it took 5 cars stopping and Matt and another guy to get him, but Matt brought him in. I don't mind taking care of him, but if he doesn't get along well with Harley I really hope we find his home soon, I definitely can't afford to keep him if we don't find his home.
I've also contacted radio stations to see if they have lost and found too... I'm just hoping he wasn't abandoned.
