Could it be your training session is too long and she is loosing interest? She is a puppy.

A training session with a puppy shouldn't last too long. At the end of the session the puppy should still want play or learn. If the puppy is tired or loose interest in the end of the session, the training session may be too long. Cut the the training session to shorter intervals.

Or could it be that expects a reward and if she doesn't see a reward she lose interest?

Some dog will not obey ONLY if there is a reward at the end of it. If the dog doesn't see the treats, the dog will quickly lose interested and leave. If your dog is one of those, teach the same command over and over again. At first you reward the dog all the time with a treat. After a while randomly skip an reward. Over a couple of months, slowly phase out the reward until the dog will do the command regardless of an reward.

Hopefully one of these tips will help. Good luck.
