Wow, how rude is that? I always have a leash on Calleigh. I'm sure I would have been shocked as well. I haven't experienced anything like that. Most normal people will ask before reaching out to pat a dog. I don't know what I would have done. I would probably have been stunned just like you. Thank God she didn't drop your little baby.
