Oh I am sorry I misread your post. I thought she hadn't pee peed. Yes, not pooing for two to three days after the procedure is perfectly normal. If she doesn't have a movement in another day or so, you can give her a little bit of canned pumpkin (plain pumpkin) to help things start moving again.
A spay is a major surgery (hysterectomy) and it will take a while for her body to be back to 100%.
