I would have to say yes. Troy does this for a few reasons:
1. Bare Feet: Loves them and will lick them to give you a great pedicure
2. My daughter's boo boos: Will kiss them when I'm running around crazy trying to find a band aid
3. I'm sleeping and my hand is open: Will lick from palm to finger tip.
