WOW- you learn something new everyday, I didn't even know there was such a thing as neutered food- i have never switched my dogs food after being altered. I always make sure mine get exercise and I watch their weight to see if food should be adjusted up or down but that is it. Body condition is most important- some dogs have a growth spurt a little later- so just gaining weight doesn't mean anything. If she is getting overweight though- can't feel her ribs, etc. Then increase her exercise and decrease her food portions- you can also try adding extra fruits and veggies to her meal so she feels like she is getting the same amount with less calories.
