I will try the veggies, Bellas stools are quite firm as I feed Orijen, so maybe they are too firm. I can understand the fear factor in releasing the glands and she is a bit wary around kids as she has never had any experience with them at the breeders. She and my other girl, Sophie, play wild and crazy chasing & wrestling games but they are equally matched and Bella is usually coming out on top.
