Tummy noises can mean many different things. Once that tummy is making gurgling noises, squishy noises, sqeaky noises....they're going to be pretty uncomfortable. Sometimes, they'll posture down on their 2 front legs with their but in the air when they have tummy problems.
It could be the wrong food, IBS, needs probiotic supps. Is her poo solid...or...?
Are you feeding the current food bc she is allergic to certain protein sources?
