I swear by Puppia. I've tried lots of others but I really always end up coming back to Puppia. I think they are cute and stylish, but also really comfortable and light-weight, and secure.
I would love to try the Buddy Belt but the price puts me off because Jackson is 16lbs and his girth is pretty large... so bigger the girth = bigger the price, LOL! Unfortunately. I'm not sure how big I'd be on the belt part of it either, it seems like it'd be harder to take on/off, and I'm constantly taking his harness off and on.
