Did her breath get worse, suddenly? Or has it always smelled like this? If it is a recent change, and you haven't changed her food or anything, and she isn't eating her own poopy, I think a visit to the vet for a check up would be a good idea.
There are other things that can make their breath stink that aren't caused by the teeth or poopy eating. Best to do a work up and make sure she doesn't have anything else going on, once you find the cause, you can work on a solution with your vet
