Last year, I had to rehome my boston terrier. Against my hubby's advice, I wanted a dog that was a little bigger than our chi and yorkie. I love Sophie (now Katie) to death. But the problem was I have health problems that cause me to have broken bones very easily. Hubby saw bruises on my hip and thighs where she had stepped on me when in bed or jumping. He went ballistic and sd the dog had to go. My mom loves boston terriers (actually most dogs) and has 2 large fenced yards. She also has several other dogs near Sophie's size. So he asked Mom to take her. She agreed and I can see Sophie anytime I want. She seems very happy. We did get another pup not long after, our pom. He is a better fit for our family. It was hard to make the decision but it was best for all of us.

I told hubby that in our area, so many people are saying the are rehoming due to moving on CL that Knoxville will be a lot less populated soon.
