Thank you! We are so happy to still have Layla with us and the biggest hurdle of all was to change OUR mindsets and look beyond her paralysis to see how happy she was despite it all. People are so quick to put human emotions on animals, and to see that she really doesn't care that she is paralyzed was an eye opener! Thank you so much for reading her story. I really hope she can be an inspiration to many people!
I just wanted to attach a picture I took about a half hour ago
I had some downtime at work waiting for some things to load on my computer so Layla and I had a little bit of play time
I didn't let her have the toy for long though, because she found the squeaker pretty quickly
Some people do need to work around here lol!
