It's hard to tell from a description, but it doesn't sound like a seizure to me. Seizures are usually generalized, where the whole body writhes, or partial/localized to one area. "Fly snapping" is a classic symptom. Since seizures are involuntary muscle movements, it seems unlikely that the stomach would be involved. Nausea and vomiting is also not part of seizures.

I think a vet visit is in order. Yorkies can dehydrate quickly when they stop eating and drinking. Dehydration causes dangerous electrolyte imbalances that can even lead to cardiac arrest.
