This is extremely sad...Her owner died, she is rehomed with people that #1 don't know how to care for her and #2 do not want her.
The BEST thing that can be done for this girl is for you to get her and contact a local Yorkie rescue to take, they will Vet her and care for her until the 'proper' home is found.
The WORST thing that can be done for her is to be given away for FREE again to God knows who...
If you are in FL - please get this girl away from these people ASAP...
