The members listed above do look like spammers to me - but it's odd that they don't have some sort of spam link in their 'contact info' tab. Perhaps they will throw out a link if/when one of them posts...at which time we can ban them.
I'm open to banning them immediately (based upon the user name/zip code parameter), but want to wait to hear what Admin says as to whether we should wait until they actually try to spam (?). |
That could be a great idea. I can almost tell (about 95% of the time) lately, if the Newbie is a spammer, by the name that is chosen for the user name. It is interesting because there are consonants and vowels and this can be sounded out, but it is nonsense. (Example: lennocka) Wonder if this is a person doing this or a computer program?
Also, have to add that I learned a new word today, Ann.
