i dont have amergency vet and i dont know where you live but alot of places here allow payments if you cant afford the whole bill. Dont judge me on responsiblities of pet owners. like i said in my post i have always paid cash but this time im alittle short!! Sorry if you can just go in anytime and whip it out but some of us common folk cant always do that!
