Oh jeez the number of times I have shut the door on Gatsby if that's what makes a bad pet parent then someone should come and take him away.
I shut him in the bedroom when company comes over and if i have to go in there for anything he tries to dart out the door. this normally ends with him getting shut in the door a little not too hard but still.
