My mother-in-law has a yorkie and she was complaining that her yorkie's hair is greasy even after she washes it. I was wondering if anyone here knows why this is and what can be done about it. The dog is about 1-year-old. I thought it might be her diet, which is Pro Plan in a black container. Thanks for any suggestions.
