Hello to all..... Maggie just turned a year old on Jan. 4 2011.... I noticed she has become very cranky and moody lately always crying and whinning for me to pick her up constantly..... I also noticed that she has gotten her period and her vajayjay lips are very swollen.... is this normal? and will they go back down in size? how long does this period or heat cycle last? I have a male yorkie who is neutered so I dont have any idea about what to expect with her..... Is it to late to spay her? Help need advice please....
