God Bless you for rescuing Tink. No offense, but Pedigree is not a great quality food.
Can you get Evanger's canned where you live?
The running in circles could be so many things, but one thing that comes to mind is being locked up in a small space.
It breaks my heart that anyone would allow a tiny dog to end up this way.
Drinking tons of water and being so skinny could be a sign of hyperthyroidism, or diabetes.
It's odd that she got a clean bill of health.
I can tell you love her very much.
