This baby needs a Vet ASAP. I think it looks like yeast but can tell for sure by pictures. If it is yeast you need meds from a vet. Do Not try to use human yeast meds on your dog. I hope you can get this baby to a vet very soon. I also would not use any ear wash in the ears until you find out for sure what it is as you can actually cause more irritation.
