 Need Advice
okay so i just got harley( Yorkie puppy 11 weeks old) a few days ago and he is the best thing ever, no barking super calm great dog, i wanted to make sure I'm doing the potty training right. so we have him in a a 42 gal storage bin, 1 side a towel and 1 side a potty pad. I want to put him in a small kennel but i don't think the muscle that controls his bladder is developed enough. Any input? i take him out almost every 30min. to an hour to his designated, "pepee area, and hes great as long as i take him often but if itsbeen any longer he will pee in the bin.another thing. How do i train him to go to his area without having to carry him there? also i am taking him on a small road trip up to the mountains and wanted to see what if anyone had any suggestions for when he us there thanks! |
