I guess it must be ok for the mom to ingest it because I'm sure she is going to lick them all over when they are reunited. I feel a lot better about it after watching someone do it on a video. The pup settled down very very quickly. I can't wait for this deed to be done and over with The vaccines used go be my least favorite puppy care thing but this is a whole other level.
