I'm afraid not at that age. The breeder should have worked on the ears in the early weeks when the pup was still with her/him and then should have let you know what to do to get them the rest of the way up and keep them up. Some Yorkies are just destined to have downed ears. Although many could have been brought up if caught early enough. I'm sure your baby girl is adorable no matter what
