do what your heart tells you. Another puppy most likely will be a playmate when he/she gets old enough. I have three.. they play and are always together. It is pure joy to watch them. I work and wanted a companion for my first furbaby.. I would have more if I could afford the upkeep. I guess it is a lot like having children (except we don't have to save for college)
