First of all, I think it's WONDERFUL that you are wanting to rescue!! Try not to let her get to you. Do you have an animal shelter in your area, as opposed to just the rescue group? Our humane society is literally overflowing with dogs/puppies right now. They have a ton of purebreds along with equally adorable mixes.
Ours is a kill-shelter and if yours is the same, you would be saving a life by adopting.
