I was turned down by a local shih tuz rescue because I said I would put a puppy in a crate or xpen when I was not home. The lady who ran the rescue felt puppies should run free in the house.. Oh no I know from personal experience charge cords are expensive. Mine was priced at $150 (after it had to be replaced from a puppy chewing problem)
How can you keep them safe when you are not home if you cannot confine them?
