I loved the photo of the two of you hiking and I'm so glad she got to know adventures like that before she died.
I'm so sorry for the loss of Polina; I will say prayers for your heart to heal and that, with time, you wll be able to remember all the good things about Polina and none of the pain.
Please take very good care of yourself during this time of grieving. Yes, we grieve for our four-legged friends just like we do any other loss, though not everyone understands.
