"I have been made aware of an animal shelter in Northern California. It is under staffed and under funded. The animals are living in less than ideal conditions. I want to be an advocate for this shelter and make people aware. Right now it has a very low adoption rate and they do just about nothing to market themselves. So anyone looking for a new family member- consider this shelter in Northern California.
