You need to find out if your Vet sent the results out to a Lab or if he did them in house.
If they were sent to a Lab, then results in the 20 and 30 range are pretty normal (or possible mild MVD).
If he did the result in house, they are pretty useless, bc those inhouse only go up to 30 - so you have no idea what the true numbers are.
