Mine also love all the above veggies, plus baby bok choy & swiss chard. (the crunchy middle part). I also grind these (including the green leaves, plus carrots & broccoli to add to the cooked & ground red meat). Bok choy has vitamins A, C, K, calcium, potassium & manganese. Swiss chard has vitamins, A, C & K plus potassium & iron. For snacking they also love brussel sprouts, (I steam those) radishes, green beans, jicama, which they dearly love and we put in our salads every day as well. Here are the benefits of jicama: Vitamins A, C, D, E, K, B-6, B-12, thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, folate, pantohenic acid, choline & betaine.
