Having an erection in a male is not uncommon and Bogey who has been neutered for 2 years will still have small erections when he plays with Doodlebug. We even humps the air and that is when I step in and stop them.
Are you sure that the lymph nodes are swollen or is that just a guess? Swollen lymph nodes could mean so many different things and you really need to speak to your vet about this concern.
