Scammish sounds like a good word to me -
I also would be VERY LEERY of that kind of 'giveaway" there are usually costs in these kinds of scams...They'll ask you for Shipping charges....there is NO DOG and they just keep your money. Its a big internet scam and too many people fall for the word "Free" dog.
There really are NO free yorkies unless it's a VERY Special Circumstance... you can usually get a feel if it's legit or not. If your gut says it's too good to be true - you can bet it usually is.
Please try to use a reputable breeder - there are many yorkies out there for varying prices
