Beans are all good for them, but not too much at a time since they are high in fiber and could cause some loose stools. Veggies are all good for them as well, but go easy with those as well. (No onions of course). Fruits are also good for them. Fresh or dried. All the berries are really great too. So enjoy feeding your baby real food, and you will see she isn't going to turn up her nose at meal time.
