I was never a fan of red wine until last year, when a saleslady came into the office and she and another co-worker started talking about wines...when I told her my experience, she asked me do you take the time to swish around your first sip to get a feel for the flavors...uh...no..she also advised to be sure to allow the wine to breath before drinking it also the right temp is also a factor....well, after trying it correctly, I do enjoy red wines now...guess anything worth doing is worth doing correctly... |
