 Frozen Veggies
Sometimes I feed my Auti brown rice and kidney beans when I'm making it for myself. I don't season it until its on my plate that way she doesn't have any seasoning. I would like to give her vegetables also but I tend to only buy frozen veggies every so often I will get fresh but with my budget frozen is a little cheaper. Is it ok to give her some frozen vegetables but of course cooked season-less? She loves the rice but I'm sure she'll get sick of it can I add a little bit of veggies? All input welcomed and thanks in advance...
P.S I hope I'm not feeding her something she can't have (ie kidney beans) |
