Have her be good and hungry and get out her favorite treat. Put on the booties and walk a few steps away and call her to you. Chances are she'll figure out a way to get to you and that tasty treat. Also higher quality boots take into account the shape of the back and front paws, and some even have lefts and rights. The one's from Walmart I doubt will ever be gladly accepted by the pups.
