Oh and sadly, Oklahoma is one of the top states for puppy mills.
They're SO good at not looking like a puppy mill. My mom and I think we got Lily from a puppy mill but we didn't figure it out until after we got her. My mom wasn't sure if they were or not but she reported them to the proper authorities to investigate them.
