 Chronic ear infections.
8 year old female has chronic ear infections since she was born. No discharge of any kind, but inner ears always look swollen and sometime a little blood from scratching Always on meds. (liquid & pills don't remember name at the moment) but she's been on them so long that after awhile i just don't think they work anymore. Did have test done and i do give her special food with no (wheat/corn/etc.) Just in case she is allergic. Vet has informed us that only cure is remove eardrums (will be deaf) but at least not in pain and scratching all the time. Problem, must be done by a specialist $3,000. So that's out. Does anyone have any home remedies that help keep the swelling and pain down? HELP |
