Ever since I had Tinker Belle spayed, she is putting on weight. She is a year old. She went from 5 lbs to 6 lbs in about a month. She is not very active right now because of the weather and I don't want her to get too fat.

I feed her twice a day and monitor how much she eats, but she seems to be hungry all the time. She runs to her empty bowl and gives me that look like "feed me please".

I am currently feeding Taste of the Wild. Does anyone know of a good low calorie food that doesn't cost a fortune. I currently pay $25 for a 15 lb bag of Taste of the Wild.
