I am also curious about this...on mine there is no numbers, but there are diagonal lines across it, it is not completely darkened in the sense of SOLID BLACK...I have recently noticed this and have been fuming. The breeder never mentioned Limited Registration and although I do not currently plan to stud Bentley, I do have friends w/ yorkies and who knows later I might want to do it 1 time for a pup...
