Close to my home is a walking/jogging track that U S Cellular built. Many people bring their dogs to walk with them. If a person goes the long way, it is really a large track that goes around the us cellular building that goes across the road or you can walk a short track just one side of the road with a sidewalk down both sides of the road. The road is a public road that a lot of people use. I use it every week night going home from work.
Today, hubby and I were headed down it and we saw a woman stopped on the sidewalk. She looked like she was texting or something with an object in her hand. All at once her smaller dog ran towards the road and we almost hit it. It was NOT on a leash. The woman never looked up. We are sure it was her dog, cause it ran back to her. This was so stupid.
